Realista HR and Futura HR are twin products. They differ in the length of the time axis: Futura HR informs you about the past and the future, while Realista HR informs you only about the past. In fact it gives you the Actuals figures: the monthly orgcharts with the corresponding HR Accounting data.

Realista HR is ideal for decentralised organizations with an international scope, that want to have control over their workforce costs.

Realista HR and Futura HR share the same SQL Server database which can facilitate the OrgPlus Enterprise Core-module. This database contains a currency table and can also generate data in hypercube format for further integration within your BI-environment.

Realista HR doesn't have Futura's advanced forecasting tools (like Blueprint, Succession, f3:Calculator, and Copy Forward).  That gives Realista HR the character of a straightforward reporting system. There is no data entry or data manipulation. The system is always ready for use!
