In org design, a picture is truly worth a thousand words. The visual nature of Futura HR combines complex information to create a simple picture. Positions are pictured along with costs, span of control and structure. Conditional formats can be used to highlight specific information, such as a planned division with too many layers, or a manager without any direct reports. The chart provides transparency into the options so the team can discuss and work out any outstanding issues.

The picture is incomplete without visibility into key metrics. Workforce cost, headcount, layers, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and other factors are all important in evaluating the strength of each option. Dynamic calculations in OrgPlus ensure that the proposed structure meets business objectives, financial goals, cultural goals and regulatory requirements.

Realista HR and Futura HR are twin products. They differ in the length of their time axis: Futura HR informs you not only about the past but also about the future. In fact it gives you Actuals and Forecasts for the monthly orgcharts with the corresponding HR Accounting data. 

Futura HR is ideal for organizations where "change" is the only constant factor.  

Realista HR and Futura HR share the same SQL Server database which can facilitate the OrgPlus Enterprise Core-module. This database contains a currency table and can also generate data in hypercube format for further integration within your BI-environment.

Futura HR has on top of that several advanced forecasting tools, like: Blueprint, Succession, f3:Calculator, and Copy Forward.  The OrgPlus Enterprise modules Blueprint and Succession allow the user to change the organization either by moving (drag & drop) or by editing employees, positions, and departments. The Copy Forward procedure extrapolates the new organization into future months, after which the f3:Calculator recalculates all these future months. Extrapolation is done in an intelligent way by taking into account all new fiscal laws, all contract beginning and ending dates, all items from collective agreements, etc. 

That makes Futura HR much more than a straightforward reporting system. It brings new information and offers an exciting new view on future organizations.
